ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
Your data.
Your choice.
GLOZION provides two ways to delete your Parent Check-In account and associated information. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
Request deletion by email
Email info@glozion.com with the subject Delete my Parent Check-In account. Use the email address associated with your account and tell us whether you want the whole account or a specific parent profile removed.
Write deletion requestThis opens your email app. You review and send the message yourself. If you do not have an email app configured, copy the address above into your email service.
We will verify account ownership or your authority over the data before deleting it. If you use a paired parent account without an email address, tell us so we can help identify the account. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or voice recordings.
Delete inside the app
- Open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account.
- Review the consequences and type DELETE.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
A paired parent can hold the top of their screen to open Family setup, then choose Privacy & my data to withdraw consent and delete their account and shared parent information.
Delete only a parent’s information
The family owner can open Settings, choose Delete [parent]’s data, and confirm. This removes that parent’s profile, recordings, photos, check-in history, local contacts and alert history, and disconnects the paired phone.
What is removed
Deleting an owner account also deletes the owned family and its parent profiles, linked recordings/photos, schedules, check-ins, contacts and alerts. Siblings lose access to that family. Deleting a sibling account removes that user and membership while leaving shared parent information available to the family’s other members.
Active app records and media are removed through the deletion flow. If a request is interrupted, retrying finishes the remaining work. Provider backups and billing/service-provider records may remain under their applicable retention rules. Normal history cleanup removes windows and linked history older than thirty local calendar days.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Use your store’s subscription settings to stop future renewal. You can request data deletion without cancelling first; cancellation and deletion are separate actions.
